You'll leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of what's working for your body, and a community that gets it.

What to expect:

  • A short guided strength and mobility practice

  • Group discussion on a monthly theme related to making fitness stick

  • Time to reflect, ask questions, and set intentions you'll actually follow through on

I Got it From My Mama! A Mother's Day Strength Experience

​You're raising her to be a strong woman. This Mother’s Day, build strength together, side by side!

I Got It From My Mama is a 90-minute outdoor strength session + celebration for moms and daughters to train together. Led by Surbhi Adora, this intimate community event will blend guided movement, functional strength training, and the kind of mother/daughter fun that sticks with you. Because the most powerful thing you can model for your daughter is showing up. 

​No drop-offs. No sidelines. Just you, your daughter, and new friends lifting together and owning the space. 

​The session will include a warmup, workout, cooldown, snacks, and celebration!

*All ages and experience levels welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you.

These classes are considered “intermediate to advanced” and are for those who already have a background in strength training and are currently injury-free. The emphasis is on strength, power and movement quality and the intensity can be scaled up or down depending on where you are on your fitness journey. A movement assessment is required in advance - Please reach out to Surbhi directly if interested.

We all know running imposes a lot of demand on our joints and muscles, leaving our body stiff and injury prone without proper cross-training and recovery. Join us for a 45-min Strength & Mobility Foundations session, where you will learn to breathe, build full body mobility, and gain strength in all planes of motion for pain-free performance. Note: this is not a "workout," but more of a "walk-through + mini workout." All experience levels welcome, even after finishing a run!
