Hi, I’m Surbhi!
For 14 years, I sought personal fulfillment in my full-time corporate career at companies such as Nike, Amazon, Zappos, and Athleta/The Gap. I worked across different roles, achieved better pay, and acquired higher titles. Simultaneously, I started personal training in 2012 as a side hustle.
With little knowledge on how to take care of myself during demanding times, I burned out trying to do too much…over and over again. It took a few turns in my career and looking inward to realize that, for me, personal fulfillment stems from taking care of my health, making purposeful connections, and contributing to my community.
To live a life of purpose and alignment, I believe we have to find our own rhythm while navigating a world full of hustle, digital distractions, and complex social expectations. Sometimes that means slowing down, while other times it means keeping pace but finding ways to build resilience and a sense of calm within ourselves. In my work today, I strive to educate, inspire, and empower others to pursue hard things while maintaining a quality of life that brings them joy.
