Sustainable Strength is a monthly workshop series for women who want to make fitness a lasting part of their lives — not just another thing on their list.
We cover a new topic every month — think habit building, recovery, navigating busy seasons, and what "consistency" actually looks like in a full life. You'll leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of what's working for your body, and a community that gets it.
What to expect:
A short (2-5 min) guided movement practice
Group discussion on a monthly theme related to making fitness stick
Time to reflect, ask questions, and set intentions you'll actually follow through on
JUNE Topic: When Sh*t Hits the Fan!
In June, we'll cover what to do when your schedule goes upside down. We'll tackle the real reason fitness keeps getting deprioritized - time - and flip the script. This session is built around the minimum effective dose (MEDS) principle: how little you actually need to see real results, determining your non-negotiables, and how to integrate movement when life isn’t slowing down.
You'll leave with a realistic and flexible tools designed around your actual capacity, schedule (or lack of!), and a clearer sense of how fitness fuels the life you’re living instead of competing with it.
