    With a focus on improving your physical strength and wellbeing holistically, I help you achieve your health goals both in and outside of the gym. Coaching can include guidance on strength, mobility, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. I include regular check-ins, offline tools and support, and ongoing modifications as “life” gets in the way.

  • Small Group Training

    Grab a friend or a few! If you’re seeking an option to train with others or build a community, this is it. Learn strength and mobility fundamentals to get STRONGER with other like-minded women. Train pain-free and build community in small groups that build camaraderie, not competition. Classes range from 3-8 individuals to ensure focus on form and technique. In-person and virtual classes available.

  • Workshops + Special Events

    I offer workshops and special events for teams looking to augment their off-sites and group retreats. I combine physical movement with group facilitation to teach individuals how to manage stress, move better, and integrate healthy and sustainable habits into their lives.

  • Brand + Community Collaborations

    Looking for an expert voice to hype up your community and augment your brand? In-person event participation and online content creation are available to give your community the edge and energy it needs to be seen.
