  • Semi-Private Strength Coaching

    Grab a friend or a few! If you’re seeking an option to train with others or build a community, this is it. Learn strength and mobility fundamentals to get STRONGER with other like-minded women. Train pain-free and build community in small groups that build camaraderie, not competition. Classes max at 4 individuals to ensure focus on form and technique. In-person and virtual classes available.

  • Movement + Educational Workshops

    Most high-achieving women have a roadmap for their career, but not their health. These hour-long and half-day sessions combine movement, education, and planning to help women build physical capacity, manage their energy, and perform sustainably. Tailored to your team or community, these workshops will give them the recharge they need in their day while making fitness feel fun and accessible.

    Full-audience movement warmups, sustainable performance seminars, MC work, and on-stage activations for conferences and corporate events. Each activation brings the body into the room in a way that's accessible, energizing, and gives your audience the edge and energy to show up fully engaged.
