You move regularly. You show up. You feel pretty good. But there's a difference between being active and being strong - and many women don't discover that gap until they try to hike farther, cycle longer, run faster, or simply ask more of their body than their routine is preparing them for.

This class series focuses on foundational, functional strength movements your body uses every day and in every workout. You'll learn how to load movements safely, build joint stability, and progress movements intelligently - so your body feels stronger, more supported, and capable both in your workouts and in daily life.

Designed to complement practices like yoga, this experience blends mindful strength training with nervous system regulation, helping you build resilience without burnout.

Classes running weekly from May 12 - June 9th (5 weeks), on Tuesdays 4:00-4:45pm at Metta Corte Madera.

For women of all experience levels. Drop-ins welcome!
