Sustainable Strength is a monthly workshop series for women who want to make fitness a lasting part of their lives — not just another thing on your list.
Each session blends guided movement with real conversation. We cover a new topic every month — think habit building, recovery, navigating busy seasons, and what "consistency" actually looks like in a full life. You'll leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of what's working for your body, and a community that gets it.
What to expect:
A short guided strength and mobility practice
Group discussion on a monthly theme related to making fitness stick
Time to reflect, ask questions, and set intentions you'll actually follow through on
MAY Topic: Train for the Life You Actually Have
We'll tackle the real reason fitness keeps getting deprioritized - time - and flip the script. This session is built around the minimum effective dose (MEDS) principle: how little you actually need to see real results, how to build a movement roadmap, and how to integrate movement into a back-to-back day without adding another project to your plate.
You'll leave with a realistic and flexible weekly structure designed around your actual schedule, and a clearer sense of how fitness fuels your performance instead of competing with it.
