  • 3-Month coaching experience, with the option to keep going.

  • 6 “Work Out” Sessions: Build Physical Strength + Mobility

    • Custom strength program tailored to your goals, schedule, and energy levels with built-in progress tracking and flexibility for the days that need to be “extra efficient”

    • Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to understand mobility and stability patterns

    • Expert-led guidance to help you move confidently, train smart, and build a body that supports your life.

    • Education on key 6-7 foundational strength movements

    • Breathwork and pelvic floor integration to support core strength, posture, and injury prevention

    • Self-myofascial release and mobility routines to ease chronic tension and promote better movement quality

    • Kettlebell and gym equipment instruction to build confidence and autonomy, in and out of the gym

  • 6 “Work In” Sessions: Integrate Recovery + Daily Habits

    • Strategic coaching to help you align your routines, regulate stress, and optimize energy across all areas of life.

    • Sleep and wake routine support to improve daily performance

    • Nervous system education to help recognize when to push and when to reset

    • Recovery practices to reduce stress and support hormone balance

    • Simplified grocery, meal prep, and supplement strategies—at home and on the go

    • Personalized routines for travel, high-stress weeks, and consistent self-care

    • Time management, habit design, and mindfulness tools to create more space and focus

    Stay Connected + Equipped

    Support doesn’t stop when the session ends. You’ll have tools, access, and offline accountability to help you stay consistent—even on the busiest days.

    • Weekday text access to your coach (that’s me!) for real-time questions, support, and accountability between sessions

    • Optional virtual community gathering at the end of the program—a chance to connect with other driven, like-minded women who are walking a similar path

    • Curated resource guide with vetted referrals and recommendations, including: trusted practitioners, gym and travel gear, adaptable footwear, recovery tools, go-to snacks, nervous system-supportive playlists, and more.

Hi, I’m Surbhi! I’m a certified strength coach and work/life integration consultant for women leaders. I help ambitious, high-achieving women feel strong all around: in body, in mind, and in the face of life’s transitions. I work with women who are used to pushing limits—executives, founders, recreational athletes, you name it—who suddenly find themselves questioning if they can keep going at their current pace. Maybe it was injury, motherhood, perimenopause, or the weight of leadership, but somewhere along the way it got harder—too hard. Whether you're leading a team or managing a full life, my mission is to help you build the physical strength and inner resilience to show up fully—in your career, home, and life— all while making your health non-negotiable.
