Strength Training @ The Hivery
Let’s build an even stronger version of you than you already are.
Most New Year fitness programs make you feel like you have to start over. Real progress comes from honoring your body, your energy, and your season of life—not wiping the slate clean.
Join Surbhi Adora for this 4-week women-centered series that blends effective, functional strength training with pacing and nervous system tools to help you get stronger without draining your energy or slipping into all-or-nothing thinking. It will meet you where you are, build on the strength you already have, and help you move forward with confidence. You’ll learn how to pace yourself, adjust intensity to match your energy, and keep making progress even when life throws curveballs.
Each class is drop-in friendly and stands alone, but those who attend regularly will have options to progress their routine and naturally build confidence and strength over time. After each class, Surbhi will be available for a 30-min “work-in” session where Surbhi will provide education and tips on how to integrate strength training into your routine and make space for rest and recovery.
