Join Surbhi Adora for this 4-week women-centered series that blends effective, functional strength training with pacing and nervous system tools to help you get stronger without draining your energy or slipping into all-or-nothing thinking. It will meet you where you are, build on the strength you already have, and help you move forward with confidence. You’ll learn how to pace yourself, adjust intensity to match your energy, and keep making progress even when life throws curveballs.
This January pop-up combines 4 work-outs with 2 bonus work-ins:
Work Out — Learn how to build muscle and get physically stronger. This strength training class offers options to modify or progress, teaching you how to gain muscle mass safely and effectively. Cost: $30 Members, $40 Non-Members
Work In — Learn how to support your energy, nervous system, and build inner steadiness as a leader and a human. This is NOT a workout but rather a guided educational and Q&A session. Cost: FREE!
Each class is drop-in friendly and stands alone, but those who attend regularly will have options to progress their routine and naturally build strength and confidence in their body’s abilities over time.
